The
driving force behind my work is a fascination with psychosocial
factors influencing human behavior, human performance, and,
most specifically, human and organizational change. I adopt an
integral systems perspective (ISP) for understanding individual and
organizational behavior, and for considering informational
interventions that may support transformational change. I am
specifically interested in the role IT can play in enhancing
organizational agility.
